Samsung cell phone usb driver

Have installed samsung usb driver for cell phone, restarted pc, plugged cell, but cant find it in my computer?

Now i reconnected about 4 times the cell telephone but not even that window appears again. Oh sh1t! so provided i get a cell phone with photo camera, and an usb cable and install the usb driver, it yet is not enough to transfer the photos to my laptop??? Where do i find the photos to copy from the cell phone? pls help meeeeeeeeeeee! at the basic connecting, something popped up, that it sees samsung mobile stuff, nevertheless i closed it.
