Can somebody help? Have you flashed your firmware before? How did you do it? Download software to your personal computer, or send your telephone back to Samsung to blaze it. I know Nokia and Sony provide an Update apply to home users to be able to bright the firmware on their handsets. But I can't find any link how Samsung effect this.
